Registration only final when payment is received.

In case of redraw; a refund of the registration fee is only possible 4 weeks or more before the date of the Event. After this day, the right to a refund expires.

In case of redraw and refund, there is € 10 administration fee.

Moving forward your registration to the next Battles Edition is only possible 1 time and 4 weeks or more before the date of the Event. After this day, the right to reschedule your participation expires and you must officialy register again for the next edition.

About 1 week before Battle weekend you will receive an email with the latest info.
