Event Prep Training

We are preparing and building a new training location in Nijmegen. The opening of this new location is scheduled for mid-March 2026.

Until that time, we cannot provide a “Prep Training” location.

We hope to welcome you on the opening day!

Here you can try out all events and feel the materials and implements. This training is independent but we will make sure other athletes are there to help you get started.

New to Strongman?

When you are new to Strongman then you can consider a Strongman introduction training at our temporarily home base Riverland Healthcentre in Niijmegen.

PT Strongman Beginner for max 3 participants. (starting mid-April 2026)

Strongman Workshop for 4 to 10 participants. (starting mid-April 2026)

Every Saturday and Sunday
10:00 – 12:00 (sorry, no exceptions)
€ 17,50 pp.
