Membership is required
All athletes must hold a valid Natural Strongman membership. Without it, results and qualification may be excluded from the official system.
Drug-tested competition
Drug / AAS testing takes place under Natural Strongman procedures. Check the current eligibility and anti-doping requirements before entering.
Athlete registration opens
Sunday 27 September 2026
20:00 CEST · Netherlands time
Registration will be via Competition Corner. Entry fee and athlete package details will be available when registration opens.
Plan your preparation
The competition-day schedule, weigh-in times, start times and athlete briefing details are due by 9 January 2027, at least four weeks before the event. Same-day or 24-hour weigh-in arrangements are still to be announced.

The format brings weight classes, juniors, masters and open athletes onto the same competition floor. Category podiums remain, with an overall leaderboard alongside them.

Five events. Sixty seconds each.
The same event format across categories, with women’s and men’s loads and weight choices where specified. All moving events use a 10 m track.
01 / LOG PRESS FOR REPS
Ground to overhead
Women: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 kg
Men: 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 kg
One heavier rep beats any number of lighter reps.
02 / DEADLIFT FOR REPS
Choose your trump weight
Women: 125 / 150 / 175 / 200 kg
Men: 210 / 240 / 270 / 300 kg
The same trump weight rule applies.
03 / SANDBAG LOAD MEDLEY
Four bags over the yoke
Women: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 kg
Men: 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 kg
Bags start at 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 m. Each successful load receives a split time.
04 / FARMERS WALK
Carry and self-load
Women: 70 → 90 kg
Men: 110 → 130 kg
20 m at each load. Add the extra weight yourself while the clock runs. Final implement loading details will be confirmed.
05 / SANDBAG CARRY
Maximum distance
Women: 60 / 80 / 100 kg
Men: 90 / 110 / 130 kg
Complete 20 m with the next heavier bag to beat every result with the lighter bag.
