Membership is required
All athletes must hold a valid Natural Strongman membership. Without it, results and qualification may be excluded from the official system.
Drug-tested competition
Drug / AAS testing takes place under Natural Strongman procedures. Check the current eligibility and anti-doping requirements before entering.

Quick answers before you enter
Which category should I choose?
Choose the relevant women’s or men’s weight class, Open, Junior or Masters division. This event has no experience levels. Check the category and age requirements before entering.
What is trump weight?
For the log press and deadlift, one successful repetition at a heavier weight ranks above any number of repetitions at a lighter weight. For example, 1 valid deadlift at 240 kg beats 10 valid deadlifts at 210 kg. At the same weight, the athlete with more valid repetitions ranks higher. A failed heavier attempt does not count as a successful lift.
This is not a total-kilograms-lifted calculation. Whether you can change weight during your attempt depends on the confirmed local setup. Read Natural Strongman’s official explanation →
Do I need a membership number when registering?
A valid Natural Strongman membership is required. Natural will check membership at the event; no membership number is requested in the CC registration form.
Can a minor enter?
Minimum-age eligibility is awaiting confirmation from Natural Strongman. Please contact us before registering a minor.
Can I move my entry or get a refund if I withdraw?
The one-time move available for regular Strongman Battles does not apply to this Natural event. Participant withdrawals are non-refundable, subject to mandatory statutory rights. Read the terms and conditions and liability declaration.
Are the weights and competition-day details final?
The event weights, loading distances and core format are final, following Natural Strongman’s update of 14 October 2026. Local log/deadlift weight-selection procedures, personal kit rules and detailed judging instructions are still to be confirmed. Weigh-in sessions are confirmed for Friday 5 February (09:00–10:00 and 17:00–18:00 CET) and Saturday 6 February (07:30–08:30 CET). Spectator admission, parking and accessibility details are still to be announced. The detailed schedule and briefing information are due by 9 January 2027.

Junior: aged 23 or under for the entire 2027 calendar year. Masters are eligible from their 40th birthday; Masters 50+ from their 50th birthday. The final Natural Strongman Open structure includes all 18 categories listed above.

Every event has a 60-second time limit. The same women’s and men’s weight options apply across all age and weight categories.
01 / LOG PRESS FOR REPS
Ground to overhead
Women: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 kg
Men: 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 kg
One heavier rep beats any number of lighter reps.
02 / DEADLIFT FOR REPS
Choose your trump weight
Women: 125 / 150 / 175 / 200 kg
Men: 210 / 240 / 270 / 300 kg
The same trump weight rule applies.
03 / SANDBAG LOAD MEDLEY
Four bags over the yoke
Women: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 kg
Men: 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 kg
Carry and load the bags from 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 m. Loading height: women 44 inches; men 48 inches. A split time is recorded for each successful bag; you do not need to finish all four to score.
04 / FARMERS WALK
Carry with a decision
Women: 70 / 90 kg per hand
Men: 110 / 130 kg per hand
Everyone starts with 20 m at the lighter weight (10 m out + 10 m back). Then continue light or self-load the heavier weight. After that opening 20 m, completing 10 m heavy beats any further light performance. Splits every 10 m; a drop outside the safe zone ends the run.
05 / SANDBAG CARRY
Maximum distance
Women: 70 / 90 kg
Men: 110 / 130 kg
Choose the lighter or heavier bag and carry for maximum distance. You must complete 20 m (10 m out + 10 m back) with the heavier bag to beat any distance with the lighter bag.

Europe’s Natural Strongest takes place on 22 May 2027 in Ybbs an der Donau, Austria. The top five in each division at Europe’s qualify for Worlds.
