We work with you on the layout, schedule and responsibilities before the event takes place.

What does it cost to host an event?
You book Strongman Battles as an organised event for your venue. We agree the hosting fee after reviewing your location, preferred period and event scope, before you commit.
How much space does our venue need?
The space required depends on the programme and equipment. We assess the usable area, ground surface, loading access and spectator routes with you. Indoor and outdoor locations can both be considered.
How do setup and competition day work?
We agree a running order and an access plan for setup, the competition and breakdown. Before confirming the event, we also agree responsibilities for facilities, hospitality, permits and any site restrictions.
